Description |
Based on the database from the China Statistical Yearbook and the China Energy Statistics Bureau, this paper selects the annual data from 2000 to 2017 for 30 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Tibet Autonomous Region, hereafter collectively referred to as provinces). The annual CO2 emissions of each province were measured by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), where CO2 is mainly generated from fossil energy combustion.
