Description |
The resting state fMRI and diffusion tensor imaging data were collected for 21 MDD patients and 21 healthy controls matched with gender, age and educational level. The strengths of functional connectivity (FC) and structural connectivity (SC) were quantified by the Z values of Pearson correlation coefficients and the number of fiber tracts based on probabilistic tractography, respectively.
