Description This dataset was created for a cross-sectional study that aimed to analyze the self-reported, theoretical and practical knowledge of primary health care professionals about frailty syndrome. Data collection was performed using an electronic questionnaire via SurveyMonkey® for one month, from September 23 to October 23, 2019.
853 individuals accessed the electronic questionnaire, 244 were ineligible (79 for not signing the consent form and 45 for not answering Part II of the questionnaire), thus the data set has information from the final sample of 485 professionals.
