Description The Diplomatic Outreach dataset tracks bilateral diplomatic visits between countries. Each observation tracks the direction of the visit, the level of the visit, and the political actors involved. Additional details on the topics discussed during the visits are also included, when available. Version 1.1 of the dataset includes information for Eritrea, Ethiopia, and Sudan, respectively for the following timeframes: 01.04.2018–31.12.2020, 01.04.2018–31.12.2020, 01.04.2019–31.12.2020.
