Description |
Nimechill (meaning "I have chilled" or "I am abstaining") is an abstinence promotion mass media campaign. This study identifies perceptions that influence abstinence in urban 10-14 year olds, evaluates Nimechill's effectiveness in changing those perceptions and abstinence levels over a seven month period (September 2004 to April 2005), and provides guidance for future abstinence promotion campaigns.
