Recently the institute has been offered with a Business Planning and Development(BPD) unit under the National Agricultural nnovation Project (NAJP) and facilities were established by investing Rs. 1.16 crores. BPD Unit will identify the potential technologies of llSR and shall equip entrepreneurs to start rofitable business ventures.In order to co ordinate these activities a separate incubation centre equipped with dedicated staff and office for incubatees has been established at ICAR- IISR Chelavoor campus
