Description |
In the signal-in-noise task, we presented random-dot stereograms with different degrees of disparity noise (where stimuli are correlated but are not located at the target depth). We measured this as a percentage of signal (0% signal = only noise dots were presented), and asked participants to complete a near-far discrimination task while undergoing functional imaging of the visual cortex.
