Description This report is based on data collected by Professor Li Bowen from Yunnan Nationalities University. The aim is to obtain managerial-level ideas relating to the coverage and quality of PSI's product delivery systems to ensure that socially marketed products are accessible to groups most in need. In the past, PSI/China conducted distribution surveys (DS) and measured the proportion of outlets where PSI products were available among all potential outlets. This year, with the help of an external consultant, PSI/China used a new methodology called Project MAP to measure the extent to which Huxianghao- (HXH) endorsed condoms are available in areas where target groups including female sex workers (FSWs) and Injected Drug Users (IDUs) are concentrated, as well as the quality of such product coverage.
