Description |
Studies were carried out with 520 sorghum lines varying in the intensity of leaf surface glossiness at the seedling stage to investigate the effect of plant height and days to flower on incidence of Atherigona soccata. The results indicate that tall, late-maturing genotypes with high gloss intensity were the most resistant to A. soccata.
