Professionals who risk their lives for serving the people are considered 'Heros'. There are many professions which are perilous and unsafe
considering the risk involved in the performance of duties. In general, Medical Health workers fall under this category and within this category
one such occupation is that of Paramedics. The risk with which Paramedics are working now-a-days was never envisaged in their job
description or job profile. Unfortunately, there is negligible research on safety and security of Paramedics. Since this is much sought-for profession due to its short-term professional training, many either are not aware of the risk or knowingly risk their lives in the absence of
protective gears. Many paramedics perish without an investigation of the causes of death in terms of professional conduct. Therefore,
Paramedics many a times are compelled to risk their lives while saving others. Paramedics face unforeseen challenges due to its complex and
evolving nature which requires constant adaptation to technological advances, regulatory changes, and diverse patient needs. Providing
paramedical care requires efficient coordination, skilled tactics, and adaptable strategies. Paramedical service is one of the most sensitive
professions which entails direct connection, emotionally, physically, mentally and sometimes financially also with patients. There is an urgent
need to attend and to resolve the challenges faced by Paramedics in the changing technologies in healthcare industry.
