Abstract/Description: | Stress is an imperative factor that influences physical and mental status of a sound individual aggravating homeostasis of the body. Changes in the maternal environment are one of the real factors responsible for physiological anxiety. Maternal metabolic anxiety could affect the science of female generation by focusing on the level of ovary, follicle and oocyte. Quantitative expression patterns of genes were studied at different in vivo and corresponding in vitro stages of oocyte development in sheep. It is concluded that the genes follow specific patterns of expression during oocyte development with different development events. Targeted gene expression was aberrant in embryo develop- ment, which can provide evidence on early embryo arrest and slowed embryo development. |
