| Abstract/Description: | Nuts play a very significant role in human health and prevent many diseases. The nuts are rich source of unsaturated fatty acids, protein, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. No doubt they are important part of our diet but the overeating of nuts in an undesirable form will led to serious health hazards. This article along with the nutritional and health benefits of consuming nuts also covers the recommended quantity of nuts to be consumed and the form in which the nuts should be included in daily diet. |
