dc.description.abstract | Food safety is a very important and critical all over the world. Fish and fishery products demand and trade has increased in this era due to its significant health values. The contaminated food consumed can cause illness and even death. Antibiotics, Pesticides, chemical additives, microbial pathogens and spoilage are concern for food scientists, food processors, and consumers. Microorganisms pose a major challenge to the food industry and most food processes as many of them produce toxins which can cause infections, sickness, and even death. Hence, microbial food safety is given more attention at national and international level. | en_US |
