The study, centered on Wistar male rats, acknowledges anchovies for their rich essential nutrients and potential health benefits. Employing a meticulously controlled experimental design, the research exposes experimental animals to various dietary interventions by integrating dried anchovy powder. This study investigates the availability of vital nutrients like proteins, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals in the dried anchovy powder to Wistar male rats.
